Laura, I think it is very smart that you're thinking ahead. Since your product is a seasonal product, right now during the Fall is the best time to start advertising and getting your idea into the back of potential customers minds so that when it does get cold, they will already have bought your product.
I know I'm not from your group but not enough people from my group did this assignment! I really like your idea and Austin is right, it is a seasonal product. Have you actually made this before or was this just an idea that you came up with? I thought you did a great job incorporating the natural light in your video. I also liked how you engaged the audience and spoke slow and clear. Good job!
I asked some of my friends about this concept and they seem to connect with it. Of course we drive too much in america - especially Florida - so finding more attraction to riding more will be great for everyone. i kind of fear that the product my not do well on its own but if you could add heated hand grips and maybe even some other bike accessories as a bundle would complete the need. I hope this class leads you to a prototype.
Hi Laura, Kris is right -- a prototype of your product would be great! I like how your presentation started with you having the listener imagine themselves in a specific situation. I also think you have very good speaking skills. However; Austin is right; this product is seasonal here in the Northern Hemisphere... but maybe there's a market for it in other parts of the world when it's winter here?
